This privacy policy explains what information our Pomona, CA tree service website collects and how it is used. We collect only what you choose to send us.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive your name, phone number, email if you give it, the service you selected, your city and your message. That information is sent to us by email so we can reply to your request. If our own form handler is unavailable, the form uses FormSubmit, a third-party form email service, to deliver the same information.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your request, schedule a visit and give you an estimate. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, for security and performance.
Your choices
To ask us to delete your information, call (909) 479-2666. We will remove your request from our records unless we need to keep it for an active job.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
